Watch a Real Session From Inside Our Classroom

In this video, you’ll hear one of our students coaching another student in a real practice session, where a real challenge is brought forward and explored. After the coaching portion, you’ll also hear feedback personally given by our founder, Frank Macri, to support the student coach in continuing to grow their skills.

This session is being shared with permission from both students, and it represents one student at one specific point in their coach training journey. Every coach develops at their own pace, so we encourage you not to compare yourself to what you hear. Instead, listen with curiosity and notice what you can learn from the process.

You may also notice that the feedback portion has been edited. Some pieces were removed because they reference specific tools, frameworks, or classroom context that would only fully make sense to students inside the program.
