Our virtual classroom is designed to feel personal, interactive, and supportive. With about 15 students in each cohort, you will have many opportunities to ask questions, practice coaching, collaborate with classmates, and build real connections as you move through your training.

Expert Support at Every Stage

You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own. Throughout the program, you will receive expert guidance from experienced coaches who can help you understand the material, strengthen your coaching skills, and feel more confident as you practice.

You will also receive 1:1 mentorship, giving you personalized support as you grow. Whether you are learning a new coaching concept, preparing for certification, practicing with classmates, or thinking about how to use coaching in the real world, you will have support to help you keep moving forward.

Our Founder

Frank Macri is the Founder of Thriving Coach Academy, where he has mentored thousands of aspiring coaches around the world. He is also the host of the Life Coaching Secrets podcast and the author of The Thriving Coach.

When Frank began his journey over a decade ago, he had no business background, no online following, and plenty of self-doubt. Growing up, he struggled with confidence and often felt insecure about the sound of his own voice. His fascination with personal growth led him to study psychology, hoping to one day help others feel more confident too.

After earning his degree, Frank realized that traditional therapy focused primarily on treating mental illness, while he was drawn to helping people achieve goals and create thriving lives. That realization sparked his discovery of life coaching—a career path that offered both flexibility and fulfillment.
