Virtual Classroom
Our classroom provides an engaging learning environment where you will acquire the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to become a successful coach. We have an intimate classroom size that allows every student to be heard and have their questions answered. Each cohort contains about 15 students, and you are given special opportunities to collaborate with your cohort as you go through coach training.

You will have the opportunity to learn from your instructors in small-group live lesson and also one-on-one.

You will be an active participant in your learning, giving you an immersive experience that goes beyond traditional training methods. We also have an annual in-person retreat so you can deepen your connections and network further.

Our Founder
Frank Macri is the Founder of Thriving Coach Academy, where he has mentored thousands of aspiring coaches around the world. He is also the host of the Life Coaching Secrets podcast and the author of The Thriving Coach.
When Frank began his journey over a decade ago, he had no business background, no online following, and plenty of self-doubt. Growing up, he struggled with confidence and often felt insecure about the sound of his own voice. His fascination with personal growth led him to study psychology, hoping to one day help others feel more confident too.
After earning his degree, Frank realized that traditional therapy focused primarily on treating mental illness, while he was drawn to helping people achieve goals and create thriving lives. That realization sparked his discovery of life coaching—a career path that offered both flexibility and fulfillment.
